“Developing the The Body Confidence Revolution saved my life” | Metro piece

untitled

When I first started The Body Confidence Revolution, I myself still wasn’t completely healed. I was still in the throws of depression and disordered eating, but I was rebellious. After years of deep rooted self-hatred at the hands of bullying, I became angry at being angry. Something snapped snapped inside of me and I wanted to do something to make not only myself feel better, but to try and do something that stopped it from happening to anyone else.

I recently wrote for Metro detailing the events which led up to #TBCR’s birth. Have a read of my first piece for them below.
