A feeling of accomplishment.

ImageAfter sending what feels like thousands of e-mails to newspapers and magazines, a journalist got back to me wanting to run a piece on what I do. Hurrah!

The lovely Jack from The Daily Record got in touch totally out of the blue to tell me that my e-mail intrigued him. (I’m glad that it had the desired effect.)

A couple of days later I was out doing a photo shoot for the piece he was putting together for me!

A couple of days after that, I was on the front page of The Daily Record and Edinburgh Now!

It’s nice to feel that your hard work hasn’t been a total waste of time.

  1. YAY! I’m one of those people who wasted years of my life hating myself because I didn’t think I measured up to what society expected me to look like. Finally I am where I don’t give a crap what they think. May you help many young people learn that lesson far sooner than I did.
